Episode 20 - Father Of The Bride (07/04/2011)

In this episode we find out that Nate Haskell is holding his bride Vivian hostage and demanding ransom from her parents. We later find out when her father kills himself that he was having an incestuous relationship with Vivian which damaged her enough to trust Haskell and his other bride, Tina. Tina kills Vivian and dumps her body at the old farm house where we learn Nate has been hiding other bodies. Our team discovers Haskell has seen a plastic surgeon who they suspect has altered his appearance but find his bride Tina murdered them too. In the mean time, Langston is doing everything he can to keep up with Nate's game. In the final moments of the show we learn that the team has figured out that Haskell is in Los Angeles. What they do not yet know is that Haskell is planning to kidnap and torture Langston's ex-wife Gloria.

Episode 19 - Unleashed (07/04/2011)

A woman is found at dead at the bottom of a remote hillside having been half eaten by a mountain lion. Langston notes the ligature bruising that would indicate she was restrained and found a false feline tooth at the scene. They I.D the woman as a social worker and find she left her job and boyfriend just six weeks prior after intense therapy sessions with Lady Heather; who is now a certified sex therapist. Langston and Sara go to see Heather and discover the victim went through role playing therapy where she pretended to be a cat in order to get the affection she longed for. Unfortunately it became an obsession for her and ventured into the world of becoming a "human pet". Langston finds the dentist who made the cat tooth for the victim and his house is filled with "human pets". The victim had left her life behind to the dismay of her co-worker and friend who went to the dentist's home to snap her out of it but ended up accidentally killing her in the process. Nick and Dr. Robbins find a teenager hung in her bedroom and realize she is pregnant and the baby is still alive. Dr. Robbins performs and emergency C-section in the girl's bedroom and saves the baby girl. Nick notifies the girl's mother, who knew nothing about the pregnancy, and wants nothing to do the granddaughter and when he tracks down the teenage father of the baby he said he told the girl the day she died that he didn't want the baby. Nick is pained by the idea the baby will have no one and looks into the suicide as a possible murder when it is found the girl had been cyber-bullied by several popular girls at the high school once she started dating the teenage father. Nick is determined to bring justice for the young victim who felt so alone in the world that she took her own life and almost her babies. Ecklie helps Nick get the evidence needed to arrest the bullies for murder and Nick finds that the baby's father, while overwhelmed and scared, is willing to take responsibility and raise his little girl.

Langston seeks out Lady Heather sensing she can help him in his search for Nate Haskell. Lady Heather tells him the only way he can find Haskell is by getting in touch with the darkside he has been trying to hold back for years.

Episode 18 - Hitting The Cycle (01/04/2011)

Our CSIs are on the verge of "hitting the cycle" where a homicide, suicide, accidental death and natural death occur in one shift. The natural death is the missing piece but the team discovers the other deaths were not what they first appeared to be; homicide turns out to be a suicide and suicide was a homicide. An extremely obese video game fanatic is found dead in what appears to be an accidental death but our team finds that the jealous ex-girlfriend of his new girlfriend murdered him. A man appears to be the victim of a home invasion robbery until our CSIs discover he staged his death because he was ashamed of that his gambling debts had caused thugs to steal from friends he was house sitting for and that his wife wanted nothing to do with him anymore. He wanted to end the pain he caused her so he tried to stage his death so she could collect on the insurance money. Their shift was coming to an end and the chances to get a call in for the illusive natural death seemed to be slipping away, as was the money the team had bet on who would get the call for the natural death. The last piece to the puzzle was closer than they thought when David finds Dr. Robbins new, obnoxious assistant is found dead in the Coroner’s office by natural causes.

Episode 17 - The List (10/03/2011)

An ex-cop, Vance Tolsom, who was convicted of killing his wife, Anne-Marie, has been murdered in prison. Our CSIs discover the wife, who was also a cop, was having an affair with most of the LVPD, including Brass and Vartann, before her death. Our CSIs discover Vance was about to be granted a new trial before his death and find the killers were hired by someone from the outside to kill him before the trial could expose he was framed. Our team is shocked to find Anne-Marie's sister was helping Vance to prove his innocence. When they interview her, she claims she knows for sure Vance was framed by another cop in the department who was having an affair with her sister, which casts suspicion on members of our team who had been intimate with her; but before they could find out more information she is found shot to death. All the evidence leads to a veteran cop on the force who was the lead detective on Anne-Marie's case but appears to have murdered her and her sister as well as frame Vance. The team thinks they have their man until they realize Anne-Marie is alive and has murdered her sister and put out the hit on her ex-husband in prison while working to frame her boyfriend for the crimes.

Episode 16 - Turn On, Tune In, Drop Dead (24/02/2011)

Synopsis : The body of a young man is brought into the Coroner's office and David is about to perform an autopsy when the dead man gets up and walks out the door. Our CSIs investigate how a man pronounced dead can turn into a walking zombie. Just as the investigation get started another young man is found dead in an alley. When Sara arrives, this dead man has also seemingly come back to life and walked away from the crime scene. The team finds in zombie #1's possessions a notebook written by a disgraced professor from WLVU who was fired more than 20 years ago after he was deemed to have contributed to the death of a student. Dr. Aden explored the existence of the hereafter and had encouraged his students to take substances that would get them closer to the afterlife. Sara and Langston work with the eccentric professor to try and figure out what these young men, who were students at WLVU, were doing with Dr. Aden's book. They discover the students, Max (zombie #1) and Kurt (alley zombie), were documenting there attempt to take a lethal poison which would cause paralyzes and slow their heart rate so they could get close to the afterlife and then return to tell the tale. Our CSIs soon find Kurt was killed by Max after he confronted him about the poison he was given. The team finds Max but he is still in a drug induced state and runs. He jumps in front of a minivan and is instantly killed which leaves our CSIs with more questions than answers. A third female student was also missing and part of the experiment. We find that she was actually the mastermind behind the experiment and had reached out to Dr. Aden 6 months prior, after her mother's death. Dr. Aden lied to the team and they track him down to confront him and hopefully find the female student. What they find is Aden has taken the poison himself to finally reach the afterlife but is too far gone for the CSIs to bring him back. Through evidence in his home, they find the female student alive, claiming to have seen the other side and her mother. Her joy about finally reaching her goal is destroyed when she finds out her two friends are dead.

Episode 15 - Targets of Obsession (17/02/2011)..

Justin Bieber returns as Jason McCann. The episode opens with Nick on his way home and as he is about to enter his house he gets a call on his cell, it's Jason McCann. Jason tells him that he should let "them" kill him but warns him not to go home. Nick suddenly sees a grenade trip-wired to his door just inches from his head. He manages to get away but knows someone is trying to kill him and Jason knows who; so Nick brings Jason in for questioning. It almost seems like Jason is about to tell Nick who is after him when the groups leader, and Jason's guardian, Paul Huxabee arrives to release him. The team notices both McCann and Huxbaee are left-handed just like the bomber who set the grenade for Nick. Nick, Catherine, Vartann and Kip follow the trail to a warehouse rented by Huxbee and find him dead inside but they also find a massive bomb and several booby traps. They know that the trap was set by McCann to kill all that he deemed responsible for killing his brother. With only minutes to escape before the bomb detonates, the team rushes to figure out how to disable the bomb but fail and the blast is enormous; killing one of the team. Jason isn't done and sets a trap for Nick, ending with only one of them surviving.
Langston is set to testify against Nate Haskell for the prison stabbing (Ep. #1023). Haskell makes a circus out of the court proceedings, acting as his own council, and having to cross-exam Langston. Haskell is ultimately convicted but Langton soon discovers Haskell had one more trick up his sleeve when he switched prison ID bands with a low-security prisoner and manages to escape from prison with the help of a couple of serial killer groupies known as the "Haskell Brides".

CSI Las Vegas S11E14

Episode 14 - All That Cremains (10/02/2011)..

A dismembered body is found in several boxes at a thrift store and our CSIs work to figure out John Doe's identity and why someone would murder him so brutally. Our team discovers the victim died of asphyxiation when the killer shoved the cremated remains of his dead wife down his throat after tying him to the bed then dismembering his body in the bathtub before bagging and leaving boxes of the body for the thrift store to pick-up. All the evidence points to his former live-in girlfriend but our team is shocked when they find the victims 12 year-old daughter killed and dismembered her father. After years of neglect by both her parents, when her father's girlfriend, who she grew to love like a mother, suddenly breaks it off with her father, it sends the young girl over the edge and she murders her father so she can go live with his former girlfriend and get the love she never really had before.

Episode 13 - The Two Mrs. Grissoms (03/02/2011)..

When the Dean of a deaf college dies in a suspicious car accident, our CSIs delve into the deaf community and uncover both an imposter and a killer. Grissom's mother is a professor at the deaf college and Sara happened to be at a scholarship event with her the night the Dean was murdered. Sara meets a professor, Julia Holden, at the event and finds that she is not only the prime murder suspect but a former girlfriend of Grissom's who her mother-in-law adores. Julia appears to have something to hide when she lies to our CSI team about her whereabouts when the car accident/bombing occurred. As Sara continues to investigate Julia, Nick and Langston follow the evidence trail the bomb, which killed the Dean, left behind. They discover parts from a smoke detector used in each room at the college and trace it back to the room of a disgruntled student. The student feels he was the one truly entitled to the scholarship fund but was edged out because Julia's "golden-boy", Sean Wyatt, was her favorite and pushed the Dean to give him the scholarship. Our team discovers Julia was actually a victim, being played by Sean and her personal interpreter, in order for them to cash in on the substantial scholarship prize money.
