Elena, Damon and Alaric take a road trip to Duke University and search through Isobel's research on folklore and paranormal phenomena to see if they can uncover any clues to the mystery surrounding the Lockwood family. Isobel's former student, Vanessa offers to guide them through the research and ends up getting quite an education herself. Stefan comes face to face with a terrifying new danger in the woods, and Tyler makes a shocking discovery about Mason.

Returning for its second season, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES is the story of two vampire brothers obsessed with the same beautiful girl, and battling to control the fate of an entire town. During season one, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder), returned to their hometown of Mystic Falls, Virginia, for very different reasons - Stefan was determined to get to know Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), who bears a striking resemblance to Katherine Pierce, the beautiful but ruthless vampire the brothers knew and loved in 1864, while Damon was intent on releasing Katherine from the tomb where he believed she was trapped by a witch's spell all those years ago.

In the season one finale, Elena's uncle Johnathan (guest star David Anders) set a plan in motion that brought the Founder's Day celebration to an end amid chaos, destruction and death, and saw the return of the vengeful Katherine Pierce. Elena's troubled younger brother, Jeremy Gilbert (Steven R. McQueen), was so devastated by the death of Anna (Malese Jow), the vampire who befriended him, that he lost all hope and took an overdose of pills. That same night, Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino), Matt Donovan (Zach Roerig) and Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) were in a serious car accident while trying to escape the chaos in the town square, and Caroline was rushed to the hospital, her life hanging in the balance. The events of that terrible night will also have long-range effects on Bonnie Bennett (Katerina Graham), the powerful witch who was Elena's best friend until the vampire brothers came between them; Alaric Saltzman (Matt Davis) the vampire-hunter who has become an unlikely ally for Stefan and Damon; and Jenna (Sara Canning), who has yet to discover the violence that occurred in her own home.

In season two, the appearance of the villainous Katherine in Mystic Falls will throw a wrench into the love triangle between Stefan, Elena and Damon, and the other residents of Mystic Falls must choose sides as they fall victim to a new breed of danger. New and unexpected friendships will be forged, allies will become enemies, and hearts will be broken. Stefan and Damon will be forced to face a villain more evil and diabolical than they ever believed possible.

Episode 01 - Shock Waves (23/09/2010)..

We pick up where we left off from the season 10 cliffhanger, Langston is on the floor of Haskell's cell bleeding to death and is rushed to the hospital where he is stablized. Nick goes to Officer Clark's funeral (killed in episode #1023) to pay his respects but watches from a distance since the officer's family feels he is partly to blame for his death. While waiting in his car, Nick notices a ticking sound coming from a nearby van. Almost simutaneously the officers castket explodes, then another explosion. Family members and officers are running from the explosions right toward Nick who is trying to warn them not to come his way when the van explodes. As the team investigates the attack, Brass and Langston, who is helping with investigation from his hospital room, initially think Haskell is involved. With the help of the new BABE (Ballistics, Arson, Bombs, Explosive technician), Kacey Monahan, the team pieces together the remniants of the bomb and the cell phone detonator. They trace the cell phone back to a radical anti-government group who attack Brass, Sara and a team of officers when they arrive at the groups community center; Brass takes everyone in for questioning. A young boy in the group, Jason McCann (Justin Bieber), has something to hide. Nick befriends Jason and Jason finally tells him that his brother Alex was the bomber. The team tracks down Alex who pulls a gun on Nick and the team. They are forced to open fire and kill Alex. Just when everyone thought it was over, Catherine, Vartann and Greg get called to an abandoned warehouse where they find a murdered homeless man has been booby trapped. Catherine watches Vartann and Greg get caught directly in the explosion. Catherine knows this isn't over.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (also known as CSI: Las Vegas) is an American crime drama television series, which premiered on CBS on October 6, 2000. The show was created by Anthony E. Zuiker and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. It is filmed primarily at Universal Studios in Universal City, California.

The series follows Las Vegas criminalists as they use physical evidence to solve grisly murders in this unusually graphic drama, which has inspired a host of other cop-show "procedurals". An immediate ratings smash for CBS, the series mixes deduction, gritty subject matter and popular characters. The network quickly capitalized on its hit with spin-offs CSI: Miami and CSI: NY.

CSI was renewed for an eleventh season on May 19, 2010.

Fringe S03E01

Episode 01 - Olivia (23/09/2010)

After the extraordinary turn of events that shockingly left an imprisoned Olivia "over there," she fights to find her way home. Meanwhile, Peter and Walter try to move on with their lives unknowingly alongside alternate Olivia.

Fringe follows the casework of the Fringe Division, a Joint Federal Task Force supported primarily by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which includes Agent Olivia Dunham; Dr. Walter Bishop, the archetypal mad scientist; and Peter Bishop, Walter's estranged son and jack-of-all-trades. They are supported by Phillips Broyles, the force's director, and Agent Astrid Farnsworth, who assists Walter in laboratory research. The Fringe Division investigates cases relating to fringe science, ranging from transhumanist experiments gone wrong to the prospect of a destructive technological singularity to a possible collision of two parallel universes. The Fringe Division's work often intersects with advanced biotechnology developed by a company called Massive Dynamic, founded by Walter's former partner, Dr. William Bell and run by their common friend, Nina Sharp. The team is also watched silently by a group of bald, pale men who call themselves "Observers".

Season 1 introduces the Fringe Division as they investigate cases that form "the Pattern", many orchestrated by the bioterrorist organization, ZFT (Zerstörung durch Fortschritte der Technologie, or in English, Destruction through advances in technology). Olivia comes to learn she was a child test subject for Walter years ago for a nootropic drug, Cortexiphan, giving her weak psionic abilities. Walter also struggles with adjusting to normal life in Peter's care after living several years in a mental institution, and hides a secret about Peter's past from him.

In Season 2, the occurrences are found to be in conjunction with activities of a parallel universe, which is plagued by singularities occurring at weakened points of their world. The Fringe team deals with more cases that are leading to a "perfect storm" as the parallel universe appears to be at war with the prime one. Walter is forced to tell Peter that he is from the parallel universe, a replacement for his own Peter that died from a genetic disease, and that it is his prior experiments that caused the singularities in the parallel universe.[3]

Season 3 presents episodes that alternate between the two universes. "Walternate",[4] Walter's doppelgänger in the parallel universe, has set events in motion to assemble a doomsday device that reacts only to Peter's biology, sending his Olivia, "Fauxlivia", into the prime universe in Olivia's place, get close to Peter, and guide them to find the doomsday device's prime universe counterpart. Olivia, trapped in the parallel universe, is subjected to experimentation by Walternate to explore her Cortexiphan-induced abilities. She is able to escape to her own universe using her psionic abilities and expose Fauxlivia to Peter. Fauxlivia is extracted to the parallel universe, having withdrawn a critical component of the doomsday device, but soon finds she is pregnant with Peter's child. In the prime universe, Olivia and Peter resolve their relation due to Fauxlivia's involvement, while evidence of weak points in the fabric of reality start to develop.

Cougar Town S02E01

Episode 01 - All Mixed Up (22/09/2010)..

We all know how Cougar Town likes to create its own little lingo. Confidence dance…rhyme-five…apology hug… We suggest “Jenanigans” be added to the list. It’s the shenanigans that take place when Jennifer Aniston visits Courteney Cox for the Season Two premiere. Jen is Glenn, a shrink who helps Jules deal with a myriad of issues. So, let the Jenanigans begin!

The gang has a new game. It’s called Movie Mash-up. You take two movie titles that share a word, combine them and then you describe that movie. For example, an imprisoned killer whale gives out golden tickets to see who gets his candy company. The answer: Free Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Jules is bummed that she’s not very good at Movie Mash-up. But she’s even more upset that Travis is heading off to college. She has her Graysonship (that’s when you’re in a relationship with an emotionless robot like Grayson), but needs more support. Jules has been seeing a shrink named Glenn (played by you know who). The woman must be good. She somehow got Jules to ditch her finger guns.

Actually, Glenn shows signs of being a pretty peculiar psychotherapist. She’s not big on note-taking and believes the crystal around her neck keeps her from getting cancer. Still, Jules feels a certain bond with Glenn, who often regales her with stories about her own son, Gabriel.

Travis thinks Laurie will miss him big time after he heads off to school. He believes he keeps Laurie young. Trav talks about how he and his buddies stay up late for raging events like their Emilio Estevez film festival. He calls it the “Estevez Festivez.” This leads into friendly bet on who can stay awake longer.

Grayson is getting tired of spending every single minute with Jules. He hopes talking about it isn’t awkward for Bobby. Andy says he has lunch with Jules everyday and it doesn’t bother Bobby a bit. Actually, Andy downs burgers on a bench that has an ad with Jules’ face on it. That’s what he means by having lunch with her.

Someone defaces the big Jules head on the bench by drawing a fake mustache on it. Andy cleans things up and wants to solve the mystery of who tagged Jules. Bobby and Grayson will partner with him on a stakeout. By the way, we certainly hope the classic buddy flick Stakeout was part of the Estevez Festivez.

Glenn says giving Grayson some freedom is no biggie, but Jules wants to talk about it more. She plans to track down Glenn outside the office. Time for another stakeout! By the way, Another Stakeout was an inferior sequel that does NOT warrant inclusion in the Estevez Festivez. Anyway, Glenn sees Jules coming and tries to speed away. Too bad she plows into a parked car.

Ellie suspects Glenn is a fraud when she realizes the smooth-talking shrink wasn’t about to leave a note on the car she hit. Jules refuses to believe this until she discovers that Gabriel is not Glenn’s son. He’s her dog. Jules realizes Glenn is a total nut job. Their relationship is over and the finger guns make a triumphant return.

Laurie admits to Ellie that she’s cheating on her “no sleep” wager with Travis by napping when he’s not around. It’s worth losing the bet just to mess with his head. She’ll miss doing that when he goes away. Laurie admits to Trav that she’ll also miss him.

Grayson realizes that Bobby is the one who’s been defacing Jules on the bench. He’s still not quite comfy with Grayson’s relationship with Jules. He was always the outside guy Bobby could talk to. Not anymore. Grayson says he can still confide in him. Bobby’s cool with that as long as the G-man doesn’t complain about getting to spend time with Jules.

Grayson heads over to Jules’s place to say he missed her. He gives her a Movie Mash-up clue from films in her DVD collection to make her feel good. A bunch of kids search for treasure on a deserted island and then have sex for the first time. Jules knows it’s The Blue Lagoonies! Hey, was Emilio Estevez in that?

Cougar Town is an American television sitcom that premiered on ABC on 23 September 2009. The series focuses on a recently divorced mom in her forties facing the often humorous challenges, pitfalls and rewards of life's next chapter, along with her son, ex-husband, and friends who together make up her dysfunctional, but supportive and caring extended family.

Tyra dropped by at the house and informed the girls that they would receive makeovers. Tyra also giving some clues for the girls and which makeovers they will have, such as: Kayla will be given a new look that is fire like, Kendal will given "more sensuality and sexuality", Sara is getting darker than she is, both of Ann and Rhianna will given a look that make their edgy and quirky look more sophisticated, while Chris will given something that "flows her up".

Panic ran through the house when Liz found a list of fantasy makeovers created by Ann, Lexie and Rhianna and assumed the credulous makeovers as genuine. However, their excitement quickly faded when they are told that whoever performed the worst at the post-makeover shoot would be eliminated. A large majority of girls were satisfied by their new looks, except Liz and Terra, who were both averse to having a shorter hairstyle. Sara and Lexie struggled at the makeover shoot, but Terra was deemed the worst and was sent home.

This week's photo shoot took place on the beaches of Malibu, where the girls posed as fallen angels while evoking different kinds of emotions.

At panel, Patricia Field sat as the guest judge. A large majority of the photos receive mixed to negative critiques, with only Ann, Kayla, Chelsey and Chris photos standing out. Sara and Lexie landed in the bottom two for having the most unsatisfactory photos. Tyra cited Sara's inability to translate her beauty in photos (despite a drastic makeover) for her elimination.

Ghost Hunters S06E15

Episode 15 - Signals From The Past (22/09/2010)

Lighthouses rule! Especially on Ghost Hunters because they're always creepy and they're usually haunted. This week TAPS is checking out the Rose Island Lighthouse off of Newport, R.I. where there's some unusual activity going on. Then later the team hits the world famous Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, where supposedly some famous athletes just can't seem to move on.

The night starts in Rose Island. There are barracks on the island that housed cholera victims exiled from Newport- many of whom never returned to the mainland. From inside the quarantine room of the barracks people have heard voices or felt uneasy. In the keeper's quarters of the lighthouse folks have heard footsteps and one visitor even has a photo that appears to have caught the reflection of an apparition. The locals think it's the age-old lighthouse keeper, Charles Curtis.

The merchant room is first to get checked out by Jason and Grant. This is where a woman in a blue dress had been seen by many- making it hard to debunk as a trick of light. They spy a moving shadow and hear a noise, and they can only recreate it when Jason stands in front of the window between the kitchen and the dining room. They can't find it, but they go out and beckon the spirit again and hear the same noise. They do it again- and hear the noise again! They leave a camera behind in hopes that the entity will get curious and come out of the kitchen.

The girls hit the top of the lighthouse where they hear strange but unsubstantial sounds. Britt and K.J. get a call from the bosses that they saw this big white mass at the end of the barracks on the DVR. The guys go outside to check it out while Jay and Grant EVP inside the barracks. They may hear faint voices, but they're not sure.

Back at the keeper's quarters K.J. and Britt try open and close the window to try to force the door to open and close as a guest had claimed. Oddly enough, when they close up all the drafts a separate door opens and bonks into K.J. in a way they can't possibly recreate!

The best evidence is found during analysis. The thermal imaging camera picked up a figure moving away from the building and on the IR camera there is a flash of light at the exact same moment! It simply cannot be explained. Then Kris drops some equally baffling research on them: she found a photograph of Charles Curtis, the former lighthouse keeper, and it looked remarkably similar to the image reflected in the photograph taken inside the quarters!

Case 2 has the team hitting the Baseball Hall of Fame, opened since the 1930s. A key hotspot was in the 19th Century Gallery, which houses relics from as late as the 1790s, where supposedly the spirits gather after hours. In the Ted Williams exhibit, a guest heard the voice of the great slugger whispering encouraging words into his ear. In the gallery of plaques, people report hearing voices coming from the nearly 300 plaques of hall of famers. Do the hero's of America's game return to their plaques to relive the glory days?

K.J. and Britt are in the Ted Williams area, they see a strange movement that the guys chase right into the 19th Century room- it was a large, visible shadow. Amy and Kris are in the fan's room, when they hear a door close but can only recreate the noise by opening the men's room door. K.J. and Britt hear scream-like noises from the plaque rooms.

Overall, the hall of fame had some, but not overwhelming evidence of paranormal activity. But really, it's an awesome place so who cares if the all the visitors are alive or not?

Hellcats S01E03

Episode 03 - Beale St. After Dark (22/09/2010)..

Since Savannah is nervous about her first date with Dan, Marti and Lewis join up with the rest of the Hellcats on a messy group date. Hoping to join her professor's legal team, Marti tries to impress Julian, but he doubts that she can balance cheerleading with her studies. Alice starts using painkiller drugs to get medically approved to rejoin the squad, while Coach Vanessa wants to tell Derrick about her history with Coach Red.

Hellcats is an American cheerleading comedy-drama television series that airs on The CW in the United States. Based on the book Cheer: Inside the Secret World of College Cheerleaders by journalist Kate Torgovnick, the series focuses in the lives of college cheerleaders, mainly Marti Perkins (Aly Michalka), a pre-law college student who has to join the cheerleading team, the Hellcats, in order to get the athletic scholarship she needs. The main cast also includes Ashley Tisdale, Robbie Jones, Heather Hemmens, Matt Barr, Gail O'Grady and Sharon Leal.

In May 2010, Hellcats had been picked by The CW for the fall 2010–11 season. Initially with a 13-episode order, The CW aired the series after America's Next Top Model on Wednesday nights. The pilot episode aired on September 8, 2010, and became the first premiere to ever match or build on an America's Next Top Model lead-in since The CW began in 2006. The CW later gave a full season order for the series, with executives saying they were "thrilled that [it] paid off for us".

Hellcats follows Marti Perkins, a pre-law college student at Lancer University, who lost her scholarship and has no other choice but to join the college's cheer squad, the Hellcats, in order to obtain a new one. There she meets her new roommate and team captain Savannah Monroe, the injured flyer Alice Verdura, her new partner Lewis Flynn and the Hellcats coach Vanessa Lodge who hopes to win nationals, otherwise the cheer leading program will be cut. All the while, Marti also has to deal with her financially unstable and sometimes irresponsible mother, Wanda Perkins, whom she often has to bail out of difficult situations, and her best friend Dan Patch. Dan and Savannah begin dating and subsequently split after Marti revealed that she and Dan hooked up, but Savannah and Dan reconcile at Dan's brother's wedding.

Criminal Minds S06E01

Episode 01 - The Longest Night (22/09/2010)

We pick up moments after the season 5 finale, when the Unsub Flynn kidnapped Spicer's daughter Ellie, leaving Spicer fatally shot, Kristin, his sister badly hurt and Morgan beaten unconscious. The rest of the BAU team struggles to get through the traffic and find Morgan and Spicer in the midst of a city-wide blackout. They reach Morgan and Kristin and with her help, they are able to put more of the profile together about Flynn. Meanwhile Flynn is using Ellie as a ruse to get to his next victims - she tries to escape from him by getting to another house and he is right behind her when they let her in. Since Spicer is always listening to the radio, JJ has the idea of trying to get through to him using the Emergency Broadcast System and to jump through a lot of hoops in figuring out who has the authority to give her access. Flynn forces Ellie to work with him in torturing another family and has her take the son to the closet per his usual MO. What Flynn doesn't know that Ellie discovers is that there's another son in the family. She lets him escape and tells him to run and call the police in every house down the block. When the neighborhood starts to come after him, he escapes with Ellie into the family's car and drives away. The BAU arrives and is able to put more of their profile together. They discover the Ellie is the key - she's who Flynn was after all along. It was his version of being a grandfather and he was going to keep her and continue his delusion. Garcia discovers who he is and updates the team about his childhood and history. JJ finally gains access to the Emergency Broadcast system and breaks through to start talking to Flynn. She gets through to him and he lets Ellie go. He goes into another house and wants Morgan to come in after him. Morgan finds him holding another couple at gunpoint and in the end, Morgan has no choice but to shoot Flynn. Morgan gets back to Ellie and can rest knowing that she is finally safe.

Criminal Minds revolves around an elite team of FBI profilers who analyse the country's most twisted criminal minds, anticipating their next move before they strike again.

David Rossi (Joe Mantegna) comes out of retirement to help the the Behavioral Analysis Unit lead by Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson), a family man who's able to gain people's trust and unlock their secrets. Also on the team are Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster), the daughter of an ambassador and a surprise addition that neither Hotchner or Gideon signed off on; Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore), an expert in obsessional crimes; Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler), a classical misunderstood genius whose social IQ is as low as his intellectual IQ is high; and Jennifer 'JJ' Jareau (A.J. Cook), a confident young agent who acts as the unit liaison for the team. Also helping the team is Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness), the team's audio/visual technician.

Each member brings their own area of expertise to the table as they pinpoint predators' motivations and identify their emotional triggers in an attempt to stop them.
