Soon a high-profile community activist is attacked in the same manner as Wilton except this victim is killed. The husband of the newest victim says his wife was also attacked, just a few months prior, with a blade but survived. The attacker kept repeating the same phrase "I know what you did, confess!". His wife acted as if she didn't know what the attacker was talking about but the team soon finds she was cheating on her husband while posing as a model citizen. Based on clues the attacker left at Wilton's home, Langston knows she has something to hide and goes to speak with her but she refutes the assurtion that she is not telling the whole truth. Against Langston's advice, she returns to her home and the Mayor of Las Vegas threatens Brass and the CSIs with harrassment lawsuits if they come near her. Fringe S03E04

Episode 04 - Do Shapeshifters Dream of Electric Sheep? (14/10/2010)

Newton, concerned about the consequences of a distressing development involving a high-ranking official, is forced to call to action a sleeping shapeshifter. As Walter and the rest of the team gather evidence, they move the investigation to Massive Dynamic, where Olivia goes on high alert and Walter finds himself in a perilous situation.

Fringe follows the casework of the Fringe Division, a Joint Federal Task Force supported primarily by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which includes Agent Olivia Dunham; Dr. Walter Bishop, the archetypal mad scientist; and Peter Bishop, Walter's estranged son and jack-of-all-trades. They are supported by Phillips Broyles, the force's director, and Agent Astrid Farnsworth, who assists Walter in laboratory research. The Fringe Division investigates cases relating to fringe science, ranging from transhumanist experiments gone wrong to the prospect of a destructive technological singularity to a possible collision of two parallel universes. The Fringe Division's work often intersects with advanced biotechnology developed by a company called Massive Dynamic, founded by Walter's former partner, Dr. William Bell and run by their common friend, Nina Sharp. The team is also watched silently by a group of bald, pale men who call themselves "Observers".

Season 1 introduces the Fringe Division as they investigate cases that form "the Pattern", many orchestrated by the bioterrorist organization, ZFT (Zerstörung durch Fortschritte der Technologie, or in English, Destruction through advances in technology). Olivia comes to learn she was a child test subject for Walter years ago for a nootropic drug, Cortexiphan, giving her weak psionic abilities. Walter also struggles with adjusting to normal life in Peter's care after living several years in a mental institution, and hides a secret about Peter's past from him.

In Season 2, the occurrences are found to be in conjunction with activities of a parallel universe, which is plagued by singularities occurring at weakened points of their world. The Fringe team deals with more cases that are leading to a "perfect storm" as the parallel universe appears to be at war with the prime one. Walter is forced to tell Peter that he is from the parallel universe, a replacement for his own Peter that died from a genetic disease, and that it is his prior experiments that caused the singularities in the parallel universe.[3]

Season 3 presents episodes that alternate between the two universes. "Walternate",[4] Walter's doppelgänger in the parallel universe, has set events in motion to assemble a doomsday device that reacts only to Peter's biology, sending his Olivia, "Fauxlivia", into the prime universe in Olivia's place, get close to Peter, and guide them to find the doomsday device's prime universe counterpart. Olivia, trapped in the parallel universe, is subjected to experimentation by Walternate to explore her Cortexiphan-induced abilities. She is able to escape to her own universe using her psionic abilities and expose Fauxlivia to Peter. Fauxlivia is extracted to the parallel universe, having withdrawn a critical component of the doomsday device, but soon finds she is pregnant with Peter's child. In the prime universe, Olivia and Peter resolve their relation due to Fauxlivia's involvement, while evidence of weak points in the fabric of reality start to develop.

Cougar Town S02E04

Episode 04 - The Damage You've Done (13/10/2010)..

Time to eat the sword! Allow us to explain. There’s a guy at an outdoor walking mall who promises he’s going to eat a sword. Bobby’s hooked. The guy’s a total tease but there’s no way Bobby’s going anywhere until the stalling street performer swallows some steel. The phrase “eat the sword” quickly becomes the cul-de-sac crew’s personal “just do it” slogan.

Jules is impressed at how well Grayson takes the news that she slept with one of his roller hockey buddies. It happened before they got together, so why wouldn’t he be cool with it? In other news, Jules needs to get her driver’s license renewed. Too bad they’ll likely replace the sexy picture currently on it. Ellie says, “Sweetie, the fresh-faced girl in this picture died a long time ago. You smothered her when you slept on your face for 20 years.” Sounds brutal, but the critique is part of a “harsh truth” pact they have with each other.

Grayson decides it’s time to tell Jules that he and Laurie slept together. Laurie is fine with it, as she’s totally in love with Smith. She even finds herself breathing his name. Smmiittthhh. Grayson and Laurie realize that Jules will be less mad at the person who tells her first. They race down to the DMV to blurt out the news just as Jules is getting her new license photo taken. FLASH! It’s not a pretty picture.

Jules plans to reveal who will bear the brunt of her wrath reality show-style. The biggest loser must hand over their wine glass and go. Jules tells Grayson that he slept with her friend. But in his defense, they weren’t dating yet and he probably thought she was way out of his league. She tells Laurie that she did not know that Jules like Grayson when she slept with him. A decision has been made. The person Jules is mad at is… going to be revealed in the next paragraph.

Okay, it’s Ellie. She knew about Grayson and Laurie and never said a thing. So much for harsh truth. The tribe has spoken. Ellie hands over her wine glass and leaves the group. A short time later, Laurie tells Jules that she actually did know how she felt about Grayson. She slept with him anyway. Now that’s some harsh truth! It’s also unforgivable. Jules lets Laurie know that their friendship is over.

Travis is striking out with the ladies at college so he’s off to hook up with Kylie, who has added a few weapons to her romantic arsenal. Travis wonders where she learned all these new moves. Could it be with another guy? Travis decides to break up with Kylie but she rejects that proposal. Kylie likes telling people she has a boyfriend in college. She also likes seeing other people. Both initiatives will proceed without interruption whether Travis likes it or not. Eat the sword, Trav. Eat the sword.

Bobby wants Smith to open up to him about how he feels now that he knows Grayson slept with his girlfriend. Smith says he’s fine with it. Bobby doesn’t buy it. He’s not gonna let up until Smith reveals his true feelings. The problem is those are his true feelings. Shouldn’t he care more way more than he does? Looks like Smith has just had a painful epiphany. On the bright side, Bobby finally does see that guy eat the sword.

Jules flat-out refuses to let Laurie off the hook. She always forgives everyone for everything and feels it’s her worst quality. Grayson argues that it’s actually her best quality. Nevertheless, Jules refuses to bend until she sees what’s happening in her courtyard. Smith breaks up with Laurie leaving her in tears. Laurie’s always been a free spirit when it comes to men, but this was different. This was love. Fortunately, she still has her friend Jules to help her through this.

America's Next Top Model S15E06

Episode 06 - Patrick Demarchelier (13/10/2010)

The girls were split into threes for a CoverGirl challenge at Walmart, where Esther, Kacey and Kayla had the overall best sales pitch; Kacey received the most votes from the public while Ann had the lowest. The trio won a shopping spree at Walmart's CoverGirl aisle, but Esther won an additional $1,000 Walmart gift card for having the best makeup look.

The girls went to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills for this week's photo shoot with photographer Patrick Demarchelier. They were joined by male models as they strutted down Rodeo Drive while posing in clothing hand-picked for them by fashion stylist Lori Goldstein. The shoot was divided in three parts - a group shot with a man, a moving shot and solo beauty shot (except Chris).

At panel, while Kendal and Jane received tremendous praise, but it was Ann, whose all three photos were again deemed the best, making a record of five consecutive first call-outs. Kayla's move in air (which she blamed on the discomfort caused by her undersized shoes) landed her in the bottom two, but it was Kacey, despite being deemed by the judges as having a great runway walk and spokesperson ability, who was eliminated for her lackluster photos.

First call-out: Ann Ward
Bottom two: Kacey Leggett & Kayla Ferrell
Eliminated: Kacey Leggett

The show was created and is hosted by talk-show host and model Tyra Banks, who also serves as the head judge and executive producer of the show. The first "cycle" premiered in May 2003 and was one of UPN's highest rated shows. The show's seventh cycle was the first of the shows among regular programming on UPN's successor network, The CW, and thus far is the network's highest rated series. The opening theme is performed by Tyra Banks and is produced by Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins. Banks co-produces the show with Ken Mok and Anthony Dominici, and is an independent production of 10 by 10 Entertainment and Bankable Productions (part of the dummy company/joint venture Pottle Productions), distributed for The CW by Bankable Productions and syndicated internationally by KingWorld (and its successor CBS Television Distribution). For the 2006–2007, 2007–2008 and 2008–2009 television seasons, ANTM was the #1 show in average viewers on The CW.

Ghost Hunters S06E18

Episode 18 - It's Time To Get Touched (13/10/2010)

Big news! Wait. Not big news. HUGE NEWS! Steve and Tango are BAAAAACK!!!! Ghost Hunters Academy was fun, but they're investigators at heart and it's great to see them back in action.

The team starts in Columbus, Ohio, at the home of author James Thurber. The hauntings date back to Thurber's residence in the early 1900s. Thurber even wrote The Night the Ghost Got In based on his personal paranormal experiences in the house. Of course, it was built where an insane asylum once stood, where 7 women died and a man killed his wife and himself, so odds are good there are some spirits floating around. Now a museum, people in the building have experienced apparitions and footsteps, lights turning on and off, furniture shaking and a defunct clock spontaneously coming back to life!

That clock is where Jason and Grant start out the night. Turns out the clock is working, probably because it moved a little bit. So they settle that issue and move on to the footsteps claim in the dining room. The guys are thinking that it was an overactive imagination on Thurber's behalf. But THEN-the clock's face just POPS right open- was someone-or something- bothered that Jay and Grant had tinkered with it? They tried to jiggle it, play with it, anything to get it to open on its own again but they can't create that motion.

Cue Kris and Amy in the parlor, where they discuss a murder suicide that occurred in the house. They hear footsteps on the second floor. They move up to the third floor, but find nothing.Back to the clock: now it's Steve and Tango's turn to try to make the clock pop open as it did for the boss men. The guys do some EVP and they each hear bizarre noises- like shuffling, perhaps? They can't get them to happen again. Bummer.

Back to the clock: now it's Steve and Tango's turn to try to make the clock pop open as it did for the boss men. The guys do some EVP and they each hear bizarre noises- like shuffling, perhaps? They can't get them to happen again. Bummer.

The evidence captured the shuffling noises and the clock: they had actual video of the clock popping open and startling the cameraman! A professional clockmaker check the clock out and confirmed there is no reason for the clock to pop open. The guys validated some of the claims yet there doesn't seem to be any malicious intent behind the activity in the Thurber House. So sleep tight, Columbus!

Later on the team travels to Canfield Casino, built in 1870, in Saratoga New York. In the high stakes room, people have seen the roulette table spinning on its own, a man sighted an apparition of a dress moving up the stairs. In the office, a person had an actual verbal interaction with a man in Victorian garb. And once, the candelabra crystals clinked together with no explanation.

Team leaders Jay and Grant launch the night on the top floor. They experience spiking EMF levels and they BOTH heard what sounded like a man and a woman talking. Then something STOMPED on the floor - like a MINI EARTHQUAKE.

So Steve and Dave take a turn in the area to see if they can hear those same noises. They get slightly distracted by the frilly clothing on display, but are called back to attention by chimes. Steve gets all annoyed at Tango for tapping him. BUT!!! Tango didn't even go NEAR Steve. So-who did it? The touchy-feely spirits later go on to make Kris think that something grabbed her hair!

The reveal presents evidence of all the personal experiences - all on the third floor. Overall, two solid investigations and a triumphant return for Tango and Steve!

Hellcats S01E06

Episode 06 - Ragged Old Flag (13/10/2010)

The Hellcats accept a challenge to take on the girls' volleyball team in a flag-football game. Lewis coaches the team and impresses Red Raymond with his strategy. Marti fakes an illness so she can miss the game and attend a conference with Julian. Alice and Savannah's rivalry grows when Alice wants the Hellcats to cheat but Savannah refuses.

Hellcats is an American cheerleading comedy-drama television series that airs on The CW in the United States. Based on the book Cheer: Inside the Secret World of College Cheerleaders by journalist Kate Torgovnick, the series focuses in the lives of college cheerleaders, mainly Marti Perkins (Aly Michalka), a pre-law college student who has to join the cheerleading team, the Hellcats, in order to get the athletic scholarship she needs. The main cast also includes Ashley Tisdale, Robbie Jones, Heather Hemmens, Matt Barr, Gail O'Grady and Sharon Leal.

In May 2010, Hellcats had been picked by The CW for the fall 2010–11 season. Initially with a 13-episode order, The CW aired the series after America's Next Top Model on Wednesday nights. The pilot episode aired on September 8, 2010, and became the first premiere to ever match or build on an America's Next Top Model lead-in since The CW began in 2006. The CW later gave a full season order for the series, with executives saying they were "thrilled that [it] paid off for us".

Hellcats follows Marti Perkins, a pre-law college student at Lancer University, who lost her scholarship and has no other choice but to join the college's cheer squad, the Hellcats, in order to obtain a new one. There she meets her new roommate and team captain Savannah Monroe, the injured flyer Alice Verdura, her new partner Lewis Flynn and the Hellcats coach Vanessa Lodge who hopes to win nationals, otherwise the cheer leading program will be cut. All the while, Marti also has to deal with her financially unstable and sometimes irresponsible mother, Wanda Perkins, whom she often has to bail out of difficult situations, and her best friend Dan Patch. Dan and Savannah begin dating and subsequently split after Marti revealed that she and Dan hooked up, but Savannah and Dan reconcile at Dan's brother's wedding.
