Episode 02 - The Bank (27/09/2010)
After Jeff forgets to mail in a check for Audrey, she gets mad at him but he avoids a fight by reminding her of the fact that she forgot to return a video a few weeks prior. This quickly diffuses her anger and Jeff brags to Adam about this strategy which he refers to as “the bank” - a list he keeps of all of Audrey’s screw ups. Adam attempts to use this technique on Jen later but only gets her angrier. Audrey eventually finds out what Jeff has been doing and confronts him. Meanwhile, Timmy is interested in Allison, a new girl at the office. In an attempt to help him Russell secretly sends her a very provocative email from Timmy’s computer which manages to repulse her. When Timmy attempts to make his move, she confronts him about the rude email and he realizes what Russell has done. However, when the two discuss the email it ends up getting them both surprisingly turned on.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT is a comedy about the different phases of male/female relationships, as seen through the eyes of a newly engaged couple, Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich), a long-time married pair, Jeff (Patrick Warburton) and Audrey (Megyn Price), and a single guy on the prowl, Russell (David Spade). As they find out, the often confusing stages of a relationship can seem like being on a roller coaster. People can describe the ride to you, but to really know what it's like you have to experience it for yourself.
