Episode 19 - Caged (10/04/2011)..
One of the prison escapees still at large, Dante Kroll, is targeting Logan Shepherd, his MMA rival who testified against him which resulted in his prison sentence. The team is on his trail after Kroll beats to death a security guard from the arena where Logan will be fighting for the championship that day, taking his uniform and all his credentials. Logan refusing to stop the fight for fear of Dante, the team spreads out in the stadium looking for him to protect Logan. Meanwhile Molly and Ryan find Dante’s hide out based on evidence from the soil found on the victim’s head where Dante kicked him to death, and discover a pair of fighting gloves, and a blue print of the arena. Horatio soon suspects that it is a heist, Logan is involved, and he and Dante are going to break into the arena’s vault. With the fight underway Dante is able to steal the cash and Logan throws the fight and fakes an injury requiring him to be removed by ambulance. The ambulance is their getaway car. Seemingly in on it together, Kroll shoots Logan and is able to make a quick getaway with cash. A badly injured Logan tells Horatio that Dante has kidnapped his wife and forced him to aide in the heist. In the end Horatio and his team are able to track down Dante at his hideout and a stand off ensues.
